Focusing on excellence and innovation, Linda was the recipient of the 1998 Influential Women of Northern Ontario Award. Her work includes contracts spanning a decade with Shad International where she assessed program feasibility, created strategic plans, created web site redevelopment strategy, re-branded the organization, developed a national entrepreneurship competition, conducted cross-country focus-groups, facilitated annual meetings, planned a national conference celebrating excellence, taught business, and program managed Shad Valley Campuses across Canada.
